RosieResume bridges this gap by understanding engineering education and translating academic work into compelling professional narratives. We believe every lab report, design project, and technical challenge represents real skills and potential.
Our Story
RosieResume was born from my own experience and observation: engineering students have incredible skills and accomplishments, but often struggle to communicate them effectively to employers. Traditional career centers provide generic advice that doesn't account for the unique nature of technical education.
I saw students with impressive coursework, complex projects, and deep technical knowledge creating underwhelming resumes that failed to showcase their true potential. Meanwhile, employers were struggling to identify qualified engineering talent.
My solution combines a deep understanding of engineering education with AI technology that can accurately translate academic work into professional language. I don't invent achievements— I help students articulate the ones they already have.
